Team Profiles: Kimberley Dowling

Kimberley Dowling works closely with clients to model, design and implement customized HSE, HR systems, risk protocols and processes. Her focus is on helping line managers and supervisors achieve optimal productivity and deliver safe production.

Kimberley has worked in people-intensive industries where staff performance is crucial to business success, and brings significant ‘hands-on’ operational experience.

Her key areas of expertise include organizational learning and development, organizational and cultural change, performance management and competency development. She works closely with clients to:

  • Design and implement performance improvement programs

  • Streamline HSE and HR protocols and processes

  • Prepare and implement cost reduction and downsizing initiatives

  • Develop and implement HSE and HR policy manuals and operational procedures.

Kimberley has over 15 years’ experience as a HR professional in the private sector, working for organizations including SafeSearch, Daimaru Australia, Western Mining Corporation, RetireInvest and Rental & Finance Ltd.

Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts degree (Psychology and Organizational Behavior) and a HRM certificate. She has also completed additional specialist training including Myers Briggs, Strategic Change Management, Specialist Recruiting, Staff Motivation, HSE Auditing, Staff Development and Retention.

Kimberley is an Affiliate of the Australian Psychological Society.
