Work Health and Safety (WHS) Training
We offer a Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety Training. WHS is a valuable, nationally-recognised qualification that can be used in any industry. Employees will have better knowledge and understanding of how to problem solve, deliver safe services and safe production. On successful completion of required units, participants will receive a Statement of Attainment from Compass Assurance Training (RTO: 88194).
Compliance
Course content educates employees about the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (Victoria) and gives them confidence to apply these requirements in the workplace.
Injury Prevention & Cost Reduction
Employees will know how to identify hazardous work practices, which in turn can reduce avoidable incidents, and can help reduce claims rates and WorkCover premiums.
Risk Reduction
Employees will have a greater understanding of how to identify and eliminate risks in the work environment.
Productivity Improvement
Businesses with safe services or safe production have improved productivity and better business outcomes.
Accelerated Learning
The course is delivered over 3 x 6 hour face-to-face learning sessions on weekends (Sat / Sun) from 10am to 4pm to accelerate learning.
